"Pencils Remodeling & Handyman was our contractor of choice for our home improvement project. We contacted them and had an appointment to meet the very next day. When William and Ana arrived, they were very professional, and courteous. As we took them through the rooms that we needed work in, we all sat down to go over the details that would factor into the work request. Our home is over 100 years old and work had not been done in it for quite some time. The work detail was for our living room, stairs (complete removal), dining room (stripped down to slats), painting, electrical, window replacements and carpeting in the living room/dining room. We also had a ceiling fan and chandelier installed in the dining room. We are EXTREMELY SATISFIED with their work! They were totally professional and they are Christian people as well. Everything that was discussed at our round-table meetings was always given back to us in an email format the next day. We were also given a book to write down questions and requests during the renovation period. There were NEVER any DISCREPANCIES! We can’t thank them enough for the FANTASTIC job they did for our home; William and his team were the best contractors I have ever encountered. "We hired Pencils Remodeling to do our complete Bathroom Remodel: from tiling the floor and walls, a new shower enclosure, to brand new fixtures: toilet, vanity, accessories, etc. Upon breaking the walls, a problem was encountered: mold and mildew and corroded plumbing were found; including corroded wood wall studs. It was great having them there because they were able to handle each and every task for unexpected problems that arose. It was great not having to call separate contractors to do different tasks.
