What’s Included
- Kitchen renovation only $19,999.95
- Includes labor, tools, dumping, and building materials
- Includes an adjustable $7,700.00 finish material allowance (itemized in the Transparent Finish Materials Allowance list)
- Valid for a standard kitchen up to 100 sq ft of floor (10 x 10), up to 10 linear ft of Shaker cabinets and up to 30 sq ft of granite or quartz countertop. Bigger kitchens can be adjusted and quoted.
- Includes kitchen design sketches/plan and visualize / 3D renderings / professional cabinet installation
- Removal of existing floor tile with underlayment (one layer included; any additional layer of tile or other flooring underneath is an extra charge)
- Removal of all old cabinets; delivery and installation of new cabinets in existing configuration with new knobs and handles
- Installation of new granite/quartz countertop, sink, and faucet; garbage disposal installation and hook-up to existing utilities
- Installation of the new hood; connection to existing electric and exhaust duct
- Installation of main ceiling light and under-cabinet lighting on existing circuits
- Re-installation or replacement of all appliances in existing locations; connection to existing utilities
- Installation of backsplash tiles and grout (straight-pattern design)
- Installation of new underlayment, floor tiles, and grout (straight-pattern design)
- Disposal of all job-related debris
Transparent Finish Materials Allowance
Finish materials only: the items you see and choose. Building materials (lumber, drywall, plumbing, electrical, adhesives, fasteners and supplies) and all labor are included separately in your package price.
Allowance amounts apply when we supply the materials.

- Sign your Design Agreement by Thursday, December 31, 2026 to lock in this price.
- Service area includes: Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Hershey, and surrounding counties in PA only
- Not valid for cashback
- Special cannot be combined with other specials or offers
- Special cannot be applied to current or past jobs
- Special is for residential service only
- Work is scheduled during regular business hours (Mon-Sat, 9-5).
- Limit two deals per household
- Removing tile countertops or tile backsplash, or any flooring layer beyond the first, is an additional fee.
- Larger kitchens? We can apply this package’s value toward a bigger job; ask for a quote.
- Condos and apartments on the second floor or higher may have an extra fee if materials are hard to carry up.
- Special does not include relocation of any electrical or plumbing
- Special does not include appliances, fixtures, or accessories not mentioned in the material allowance above
- Installation time may be delayed due to material availability and/or work backlog
- Permit and engineer fees, if required, are not included
- Any materials selected above the allowance are billed at cost.
