Bathroom Renovation with a ``Transparent`` Material Allowance Included!!!

• Includes labor, tools, dumping, and building materials
• Includes an adjustable $1,975.00 finish material allowance (see below)
• Valid for a standard bathroom up to 40 square feet; larger bathrooms can be renovated for an additional fee

What does your company do?

How long should a renovation take?
Of course, the time frame will depend on the job size. Before we start a renovation, everything is scheduled and ready to go, so the project runs smoothly from start to finish without delays.

I am worried about my house, is remodeling/renovating messy?
The area to be remodeled or renovated is generally isolated from the rest of the house using dust barriers and drop cloths. We use carpet runners to protect floor coverings, and all debris is hauled away. At the end of each day, the work area is cleaned up and ready for your inspection.

Do I need to be home while people are working on my house?
We enjoy having the customer around, however you don’t have to be. All of the people who work with us on your project respect your home as if it were their own.

We only have one bathroom, how do we get by while it is being remodeled?
We can usually strip out a bathroom, place a new tub and valve, and temporarily reset the toilet on the first day. We have worked with families in this situation for many years.
