• Cosmetic refresh only: your existing tub/shower, tile and plumbing locations stay as they are
• Removal and disposal of the old vanity, toilet, light fixture, exhaust fan, mirror, accessories and flooring
• Installation of a new 31 in. stone-top vanity with faucet, connected to existing plumbing
• Installation of a new two-piece toilet with seat
• Installation of a new vanity light, exhaust fan with LED light, mirror and 3-piece accessory set
• Installation of new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring over minor floor leveling
• Wall patching and painting of walls and ceiling
• Disposal of all job-related debris
• Material costs assume purchase through Pencils Remodeling & Handyman LLC
